Estifanos is a parent of two school aged boys. He has been advising RDF Trustees as to various types of youth gangs - how they operate and how they come into existence.

His extensive insight and background knowledge provides RDF with often ground-breaking information on the behaviour of young people within deprived communities - drawing unique contexts and perspectives often not available from mainstream TV, newspapers or social-media.

Estifanos is self-taught and extremely knowledgeable in African culture, history, philosophy and world politics. He has indeed, from an early age, travelled many parts of the globe and experienced many extraordinary adventures.

Estifanos is interested in assisting RDF and providing first-hand experience of traversing the many challenges of parenting typical to deprived areas and cities in the UK.
