The Roger Diamond Foundation (RDF) is an education and research organisation. Herein is referred to as ‘The Roger Diamond Foundation' or ‘RDF’ or ‘us’.  We are a not-for-profit organisation.

VARIOUS TYPES OF RDF MEMBERSHIPS

There are various types of membership available from time to time from this website. Check our Membership & Subscription Plans page for the newest or recently promoted types. 

Types of Free Membership available 

There are various types of Free Membership, providing free access to our members website portal (amongst other benefits). If you already have a free Membership with RDF, you can retain it until your period of the free membership runs out. You can register for free Parent Membership if you are a parent with young children on Free School Meals (FSM) and qualify. 

RDF Free Membership Renewal Process

If you have enrolled or taken out a free membership with RDF, these following additional terms may apply: 

At the end of the Free Membership period, you may be offered a renewal (possibly by an automated system). You may have another free period if that is on offer, or you can renew your membership at the price advertised on our website at the time of renewal. 

Free Membership Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or remove your free membership at any time - with or without providing a reason. 

Discounted Fees, 'Pay as You Go' and free services 

Sometimes discounted, 'pay-as-you-go' and free services are provided to beneficiaries individually on a case-by-case and availability basis. 

Choosing to a new type of online Membership

If your type of Membership was applied for and created online and has come to an end or has been cancelled, you may be able to choose a different type of RDF Membership online, provided it is relevant to you and you qualify for that type of Membership.

Membership Application Review

Applications which might not meet the membership category criteria, will be reviewed. If not accepted, the applicant will usually be informed. However, The Roger Diamond Foundation does not have a legal obligation to inform them or to provide the applicant with a reason for not accepting their application for membership.

It is the responsibility of RDF Members to advise The Roger Diamond Foundation (RDF) in writing or in person of any change in personal circumstances that could lead to a change in their membership status, subscription rate/s or ticket prices. For example, it would be your duty to notify us if you cease to qualify for Free Membership, or a free or reduced subscription rate or event ticket price. 

Electronic Newsletters, WhatsApp & Email Updates 

Membership of The Roger Diamond Foundation (RDF) might include subscribing to us for WhatsApp, email updates and/or receiving e-newsletters from us. If you wish to unsubscribe – you can do so at any time via our Contact Us form, by email, or in person at an agreed pre-arranged meeting. 

Membership Cancellation 

You may cancel your Membership at any time in writing - via our Contact Us form, by email, etc.

Data collection

Data is collected for three primary purposes:

1) To assess eligibility and the correct category for membership;

2) To allow The Roger Diamond Foundation (RDF) to provide support and resources to its members;

3) To provide information about the organisation’s work, research, events, courses, workshops, projects etc. to members who opted-in to receiving such communications.
